How come there isn't an open source or free app that maps an xbox 360 controller to a keyboard?  Is it not as simple as it sounds?  Is it not legal?  Do you have to pay to support the controller or something?  What's the deal?

From what I've read, you can't plug in a wireless controller to the PC with the charge wire, you need to buy some kind of wireless receiver you plug into the PC

I can't help you with anything, but since I've tried using a xbox controller in the game, I can tell you that it's not as good as it sounds to use with Seal Hunter.
POW! Ha ha!

You either have to buy a wireless reciever for your computer (xbox doesn't use bluetooth) or use a wired controller.
I use a program called xpadder (I think you need to donate to download it) which I find works really well, you can map any buttons to any keys and even mouse input.
I used to only play with my controller, but I couldn't be bothered taking it into uni everyday.
