Devil Himself achievement?

Can you get It without cheating?

(I think this one cheated) http://stats.sealhunter.se/matches/view/48412 he had 588374 damage to brown seals on lvl 4 but only 10513 to British Activists

every time I try to get It all these seals start to come. :(

He didnt cheat, now when cheating system is disabled and dmging on level 4 is allowed, u can kill as many seals on lvl 4 as u can

Now i think every 5th player will have this achievement and title equiped :D
