Boom Headshot

I always fail at the Penguins, can someone explain me how to give Headshots to all of theese guys?
Is it possible to pass this stage with using grenades?

You have to be extremely lucky to get 100% headshots on the penguin boss and the grenades don't give you headshots so it's almost impossible to get the "Boom Headshot" achievement.
But you could try to get the "Apricot Farmer" achievement by only using one grenade on the penguins. ;) (one miss)

does anyone already have this achievement yet?
and if you team up, you better hope it's not like the Terminator achievements where EVERYONE has to be doing it or you won't get it.

terminator can be done in one
but the boom headshoot I tried to do but I got 95% despite the fact that we had 3 or 4 players
